Reflection; Qusyairie

I think the preparation done in the beginning done quite organize. On the first meeting, we did discuss about the role and ice breaking. We also did use wassapp to communicate each other and set up a meeting to find a free time in everyone daily activities. The role I play is logistics in transportation and also team up with international student to conduct a activities during the event. At first, I think it will be tough to conduct those activities with international student but eventually we get along each other and was able to discussed together to find a perfect activity to conduct in the event. I think this personally help me to increase my skill in communicating and also my knowledge which use to make the preparation.

During the event, we were able to conduct activities which is to conduct interview tips. Our objective is to expose student how to properly interview which may be play after they graduated from school to further their studies and to get a job, but hopefully they continue study. During the activities, we found that the student is eager to know and we had many questions asked. We were able to answer all of it. Furthermore, we were glad that we able to blend it with them. Basically, we showed them how to do the resume and give them a guide how to properly make a resume. After, that we also give some tips how to perform interview simulation. Overall, the event run smooth as butter and honestly, we hope at that time we had much more time which I personally want to shared them more. Thanks to Our leader and co-leader for helping us during the activities. I also handle Explorace event which we did a game “draw and guess”. This games test student about their critical thinking and solving problem and most of them passed it with flying color. I personally think all student have potential to go even further, one day.

Lastly, I personally think that this course helps me a lot to build up my skill and I also got motivated to venture more into this if there any opportunities is given. I learn so many things during SE which is now encounter during lesson in class which is courage and discipline which a significant role to have in every person life.I also want to give thanks to all team member for helping out each others to make this event a success.” Thank you so much”.
