Reflection; Syabbir

My first thought when I heard about this course is “I’m going to help other people that in need”. With this thought, I become more motivated to do my best in every part of the activity as long I can. Before we went to the school (SMK Shah Alam) on 5th April, we had made a few preparations to make sure everything is fine during the activity days such as we divided our group members into a few groups to handle at least one slot each group. For example, me myself in charged on the Teatro De Suenos. My task was informing the leader what are the things that I need during my slot. All the equipment will be prepared by them and I just need to manage my slot with the equipment that prepared by them. Other than that, we also prepared for the other programs such as, Zumba practice and preparing explorace equipment.

Along the three days of the events, we successfully manage everything as planned. We worked as a prefect team to achieve our goal in every slot. This makes me feel very happy because it gave me an opportunity to help my group members that need help besides just organizing the activity. In this 3 days also we get to know each other much better and created a strong bond among us. From the aspect of the participants, they also enjoyed every slot. This can saw from they face when it is full with happiness all the time.

After the event was ended, I gained a wonderful experience. I worked as a team and tried to be there whenever they need me. All these situations taught me to be a better person. Through this activity, most important awareness is teamwork is the success key for any group work. Without teamwork, any group cant done anything smoothly or maybe there will be problems all the time. I think I will participate in other SE activity in the future because it can create a new better person of me.
