Well, listening only is not really an effective way of learning right? Hence we prepared the students for an Interview simulation.
A hands-on approach for these students, to experience how an interview going to be like,--the feeling of anxiety, nervousness and competition. But chill, with the facilitator we're not being that way.
This slot, in charge by Jia Liang, Ragib, and Yap was useful! They did a great job in making sure the flow went smooth. I can see their hardwork as they compiling the data of the students-- their stream, their ambition from the beginning of the day and put them in group, and assign us as the facilitator, to be their interviewer.
We, the facilitator also learn more about the students from this slot, what they actually want to be, their true passion, what they afraid of and their aspiration in life. Honestly, I could learn a bit or two of life lesson from them.
The students were tired from the event, yet they give their fullest when answering the interviews. such dedication make us facilitator stop complaining about being tired (and even online micro test which also was on the same night!)
